Adult Acting Workshops

This Acting Course is open to applicants over the age of eighteen who have some experience in acting or who shows a natural ability in performance. Although students are not expected to have a high level of experience, they are expected to have, as with most of our courses, a good work ethic, be dedicated and willing to learn.

The course provides a solid foundation in:

• Improvisation skills
• Script work
• Monologues
• Acting for camera
• Performance Skills
• Audition Preparation

These groups also benefit from some guest tutors and actors who are currently working within the industry.  There is no formal audition for adults however; newcomers onto the course will be expected to either come through a successful interview or attend one class and be assessed for continuing placement.

Adult LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art)

In addition to being the UK’s largest statutory speech and drama awarding body, LAMDA Examinations has a reputation for excellence across the globe.
