INTERMEDIATE MUSICAL THEATRE

This advanced course is predominantly for young people with a strong vocal ability and a keen interest in Musical Theatre. Subjects covered are Acting with Script, LAMDA, LCM, Acting through Song, Improvisation, Ensemble Singing, Acting for Camera, Jazz and Tap & Ballet. These students also benefit from individual vocal coachings. Students on the Intermediate Musical Theatre Course should aspire to gain entry to Advanced Musical Theatre.

Entry Requirements

Every potential student must complete our audition process. For Musical Theatre Courses, applicants would attend an Open Audition Day or Private Audition. On successful completion of the first audition, a callback/second audition may be required. Previous experience is not necessary however, regular attendance, a willingness to work hard alongside commitment and dedication are essential.

NB: UKTheatreSchool classes are composite and classes are grouped in accordance with age and/or ability.

After initial Enrolment, donation payments for all UKTheatreSchool courses can be made annually in advance, over 12 months or over 10 months.
