MUSICAL THEATRE PROGRAMME
This advanced programme is predominantly for young people with a strong vocal ability and a keen interest in Musical Theatre. Subjects covered are Acting with Script, Acting through Song, Improvisation, Ensemble Singing, Acting for Camera, LAMDA and Trinity College London exam prep with an optional end of term exam, Jazz and Tap & Ballet. These students also benefit from individual vocal coaching sessions. The skills learned in the Musical Theatre Programme prepare students for the Vocational Musical Theatre Programme.
Every potential student must complete our audition process. Although our programmes do not require any previous experience, our audition/assessment process allows us to gauge a student’s ability and suitability for working within performing arts classes.
Please see Auditions for information on entry points for our Programmes.
NB: UKTheatreSchool classes are composite, and classes are grouped by age/ability.
After initial Enrolment, UKTheatreSchool Programme fees can be paid annually or monthly (by arrangement). If an account is paid annually in advance, a 10% discount can be applied. Please see the monthly payment option below:
